We have a full-service marketing department that works directly with each golf facility to ensure that every opportunity is maximized, and that each Club is not only firmly established within its marketplace, but is elevated to national recognition in a timely manner.

The pre-opening golf course marketing plan is developed and implemented at the corporate level. A typical daily fee golf course marketing plan encompasses logo design, collateral development and production, public relations programs, advertising campaigns, pricing analysis, tournament sales manager activities, fee structure and booking policy development, and an annual marketing budget. Once the golf course is opened, the corporate course marketing team works closely with the property to develop and implement annual golf course marketing plans. A private Club marketing plan encompasses all of the above, plus Club document reviews and membership marketing plan. Private Clubs are the recipients of a membership marketing guide which provides guidance to the on-site Membership Director.

Through its close affiliation with the various golf publications, Western Golf Properties receives special multi-size advertising agency pricing, as well as remnant buys and editorial opportunities. All negotiated savings are passed directly to the client and, in some instances, can represent savings of up to forty percent of the published rates.
