The customer service program, named the LAB (Learning About Behavior), provides employees with the proper tools to ensure that guests are served to the highest of service expectations. We are committed to investing the time, energy and education necessary to enable us to continually refine and elevate the services we offer our guests. Our LAB training is not just a one-time program but rather a multi-layered, on-going program comprised of training workshops and interactive exercises. We strive to keep our training approach both innovative and enjoyable for our employees by incorporating new ways to achieve service success. |
